My Beliefs & Thoughts About God & the Past Or Present?!

My Beliefs & Thoughts About God & the Past

Or Present?!

God is a very sensitive and touchy subject, so when speaking aloud of Him, one must be careful how things are worded. On paper it is a little easier.

I am writing about God today because, for one, yes I believe in Him. For two, I am having a problem with those who don't, and want to rearrange our lives and make us remove it from our currency and pledge. I see no reason they just can't ignore it, as they have done in the past. We as humans have believed in God, more then we have not believed, because the non belief didn't come into play until much later.

Don't get me wrong, I do question the bible from time to time, because yes, it does contradict itself in more then one instance. But in all realization, if it is man writing down what God is saying, then of course it will contradict itself-for one-think about this. We, as mankind are not perfect! For two, have you yourself ever written or typed something, and one of your kids come up to you, and asks you a question.

You type, as you're writing, "not now, I'm busy, give me a minute." So let's say Moses is writing what God told him to write, and then his wife asks him something. Let's say they even discussed her question. Then he goes back to writing, it and "what is it God said? Oh yeah, something about bread...what was it?"

I am one of the few who believe evolution and in God, most don't believe in both. But I do, and let me tell you why. The Dinosaurs and the cave men, were Adam and Eve. It is one in the same, in my eyes anyway. The creatures they ate and lived upon were dinosaurs. And the ice age, was perhaps when the flooding took place, because after all, of course we are going to have a flood, after the ice melts. Think about this.

The past is always something that interests me. History, including the bible, because someone had the decency to write it, so we knew it happened. When I was a kid in School, it bored me, until I finally had a teacher that knew how to teach it, to intrigue you. The past of mankind, whether it be biblical or not, is something we all need to learn and know, because we can grow from it, and correct the mistakes we have made in the past.

You often hear of people asking, "If God exists then why did he let this happen to me? Why didn't he just let me die?!" There is always a reason. Perhaps that person needed to make amends with a family member. Perhaps in that persons crippled state, they were supposed to teach others, as did Christopher Reeve. He shared his life, his dilemma, still acted, and tried to encourage others to go on, and not just others who were also less fortunate.

But anyone who had a problem, to take a bite out of that problem, examine it, and your life, and makes the best of it. Helen Keller was blind; she still made an example and succeeded. As I have mentioned, none of us are perfect. But we are all here, in this spot, place and time for a reason. A reason that might not be visible to us, but there always is one.

They say that God has a plan for us all. He has previously mapped out our lives. That I do not believe in. I think God simply watches us, mistakes and all, and lets us make up our own minds, and learn from our own mistakes. He has no plan; He is just watching and learning with us.

Then there is mythology, where they mention several Gods. I also believe in that, and think that when there was, or is our God, there were more then one, which is why He mentioned He wanted no other Gods before Him. As you can well enough see, my beliefs are strange. But I am sure that I am not alone.

I also believe that there is life on other planets. Perhaps each God chose and made a planet, and made a species of their own, to watch it evolve and grow. And now the species, including mankind, are visiting the other planets to see, and learn. And compliments of the movies that mankind makes, if an Alien were to come here, that Aliens chance of living to tell about it, are slim to none. And again, in all honesty, along with my beliefs, I believe there is an area 51, and we have already taken hostage and alien and dissected it.

Regarding the Egyptians and how they made pyramids, I think there is a possibly that the Egyptians were more evolved then we give them credit. If you read past Egyptian writings, and relics and different things about the bible, including the bible code book, computers were around before we even thought or imagined them. So if computers were in our past, long before we thought to invent them, obviously there were other technologies as well. A strange belief that I have, is that evolution, and our time span are doing a circle.

And repeating itself. I think there is a possible that the UFO's and visitors to our planet are not in fact visitors, but people time traveling from our past, and I think it could be the Egyptians. They are time traveling, implanting their seeds into people from the future and trying to keep the human race from killing itself off. (If there is in fact proof of human being impregnated when they have been abducted.) I think one reason, is perhaps when King Tut knew he was dying, perhaps he wanted an heir if you will, someone from his family history to go on. Maybe the relics will tell us this, maybe the relics and Egyptian drawings already have.

There is so much about our past, present and future that superiors keep secret, one would really never know the truth. And that is part of the problem. Maybe I have a huge imagination, and am bored. Maybe it is the truth, and there are people out there who just don't want us to know, because they "think" we can't handle the truth.

Anyway, this is some of the things I believe in, because I have an open mind, and am willing to go with the flow and grow with it. Technology and time, is for change. One must be willing to go and grow with it. And the mind is a terrible thing to waste, even if this is all my imagination, at least my imagination works!

Opinion: How Accurate is Astrology?

How Accurate is Astrology?

http://www.inspiringhealth.net/uploads/SitemapImage/cache/1000x1000_4f5678b008682.jpg

My Insight....

Have you ever read your Astrology? If so, how accurate was your reading? And my next question, do you believe in Astrology?

http://www.psychichealerchristine.com/resources/astrology%20wallpaper4.jpg
Astrology, much like religion, can sometimes be an argumentative subject.

Why is that?

Because Astrology is something to believe in, just like religion. As with God, it is not something you can literally see, but something you choose.

Astrology can date back to the biblical era, and can numerously be found within the Egyptian time line through their hieroglyphics. Astrology is, as it sounds a form of astronomy. And if you know of astronomy, you know that the sun signs can be found in the stars. As with dot-to-dots, the stars being the dots, you can follow them and they make the shapes of our astrological signs.

What are the astrology signs, and how do I know what I am?

Here is the chart for you to figure out what you are, by simply looking for your birth month and date:

Aries-March 21 - April 20
Taurus- April 21 - May 21
Gemini- May 22 - June 21
Cancer- June 22 - July 22
Leo - July 23 -August 21
Virgo- August 22 - September 23
Libra- September 24 - October 23
Scorpio - October 24 - November 22
Sagittarius- November 23 - December 22
Capricorn- December 23 - January 20
Aquarius - January 21 - February 19
Pisces - February 20- March 20

When you are reading your Astrology, if per say, your birth date falls on March 20th, then you will notice it is at the end of the Pisces time line. Therefore, you are on the cusp, meaning you have a bit of Aries within you. That in itself, will help you get a better read, and understanding. My advise, read both readings.

Do I personally think Astrology is 100% right? No. And why do I think not? Because who and what you are, and how your day, and your life for that matter will exist, all depends on how you were and/or are being raised. As well as, how you want to make your life.

A depressed individual, always seeking for the bad to happen, who went from shelters, to orphanages-will not for one, see or want anything positive to happen. This person has a lot of issues and hatred, and not just for them-self. Therefore, if their reading states:

"Today is your lucky day, you will meet the love of your life...."

Even if they do, or did meet the love of their life, they could make a mistake, and possibly shove this individual away. I mean, I am not saying this would be a guarantee, but you really have to think of it like this, because YOU are the final factor in how things will happen. Not to mention, God has the final say, and has already mapped out your life for you, much in advance.

Do I read my Astrology?
Yes, when I remember or get the chance.

How accurate is it for me? More often that not, it is never very close at all. (This being on the daily reading factor.)

However, the factor of the sun sign, mine being a Leo- those are pretty accurate for the most part. Not the daily reading, the reading in general describing the Astrology sign itself. For instance, Leo's and Tauruses tend to be stubborn. Leo's are very protective of their cubs, thus meaning their children.

The Aries Astrology sign tends to be bullheaded, and can make issues and trouble from nothing-just to get noticed.

The Gemini, because it is a twin sign, usually makes the person seem like two persons and somewhat moody. Gemini people seem to have trouble making up their minds, because of the twin personality issue. I can go on and on, giving you tid bits and things about every sign, but it might just bore you to death!

So what it is that I am generally saying, is that daily readings are less accurate then the thorough read of the sign itself. And, that every individual is different as night and day, so take the daily readings with a grain of salt.

Don't sit in fear when your reading states

"Today is not a good day for travel, an accident awaits you."

I'm not saying that it "couldn't" happen, I am saying, however- that it "shouldn't" happen!

Do I give Astrology readings?

As a matter of fact, yes. I cannot and do not give you reads in and about a daily basis.

What I do, however is sit you down, and ask you when you were born. You give me the Month and day. I can then tell you about yourself, and your sign, as I do this, you will hear things to ring true.

"You're born on August 21, putting you on the cusp of Virgo. You are a Leo with a hint of the Virgo Virgin. You are stubborn, a little shy from time to time. You like a clean house, but hate cleaning. You are out going, but only when you want to be. You like to be the leader of the pack, and expect others to follow your lead. You're sympathetic, but strong with your beliefs."

So on and so forth. However, when I give you a reading, I do ask some weird questions. I want to know if you were raised with and by your parents and if you had a good, safe and normal child hood. If you didn't, then you're reading will be a little different.

As with the Leo born on the cusp of Virgo, "You are cautious, and expect others to always be out to get you. It takes you a while to trust, and forgive."

My readings vary, towards you the subject in question. I try to be more one on one, and more open to you, and with you. I've done this since I was little. At the age of twelve, I read my Mothers book titled "Sun Signs" by Linda Goodman. From that very moment, I started studying Astrology, and learning everything I could about it.

So the next time you read your Astrology, think about it. It is not a life or death issue, usually......

How Accurate Are Tarot Readings?

 My Personal Insight

Have you ever had a Tarot reading?

I have had a Tarot reading on several occasions. I was shunned by many friends who found out about this, calling a Tarot read, that of the Devil.

But I couldn't help but be curious, so much so- that I went out and bought my own deck and book. I read it from cover to cover, and then researched it more, both on-line and at the library.

Religious guru's say that if the Lord wanted you to know the future, He would tell you, or He would give you the "insight" to see it for yourself.

I ended up with several books, and then started "reading" my friends and family. I ended up being scaringly accurate.

But the weird thing, is whenever "anyone" reads mine, they are 90% wrong, each and every time. And I even gave the reader a heads up on things that were supposed to happen, and what not. For that matter, I went pregnant with my third son, and the reader told me it would finally be my girl. Ta-da-It wasn't, I had another boy!

In order to give a reading, a person needs to know a few things about you. If you are married, involved, how many children, if any. What kind of job you have, and your goals. Then you can of course ask a specific question, and ask the reader to focus only on that. The thing is, to be honest. Lying will only make your reading majorly inaccurate, and the only one you will be able to blame- is yourself.

Within the deck of tarot cards, there are several cards that freak people out, namely: death. Another is the Hanged man, and then sometimes the Fool card seems to concern people.

The deck itself consists of 78 cards. Each card has a unique meaning. But that meaning has to work with your reading, and what it is you want or need to know. Let us say for instance you want to know if you will live to be eighty. When you ask this you are 40. The readers lays down cards such as the fool and death, that right there, basically answers your question without any further adieu.

Plain and simple. But if you are shown the 2 of cups and the seven of swords, amongst a few other cards, you of course will need an explanation. Hopefully your reader, will be able to assist you, to which I am certain they will be able to.

The Tarot has been around for thousands of years. Some people use it in carnivals for entertainment, their goal is to only make money. Others use it to help one another. Sometimes it can be a scam, and other times it can be the real thing.

If you go to a person and they give you Tarot readings, usually you can tell a phony right off, by their actions. But sometimes, you just might not be certain.

How accurate are Tarot readings? It depends on the reader. Most of the time, I would justify the correct answer to this as: it varies. Again this falls back on you, as well as the reader.

The choice is yours.

However, as with anything, do not put a halt to your plans, or drastically change your life because of a Tarot read. There are no guarantee, only God knows what He has planned for you.
Tarot is basically meant for fun and entertainment. Both for you, and the reader. Even the reader knows they have a good chance on being wrong, and will warn you of this, if they are open and honest.

Because I can and do Tarot readings, does not make me any less of a Christian or person. I am not telling you, or anyone else for that matter- to make changes to their lives, to stop their beliefs, and I definitely am not telling anyone to do this and do that. I do it for fun, I do not charge, and I just do it to see how accurate I am, and I am having fun while doing it. I am not harming a soul. I am not forcing my beliefs or choices on you, or anyone else.

A tarot reading is something you can choose to have done, or not. After having a reading done, rather then judging from the get go, and being skeptical- in a few weeks, go have another. From a different reader. It isn't scary, and it is educational, in its own way. Don't be afraid. No one says you have to go back after that, if it makes you uncomfortable, then don't do it again. No one "should" be judging you.

People that go around pointing fingers and judging, and calling one another non-Christians because they want to learn, and grow- need THEIR head examined. The Devil does not guide the hands of the Tarot reader, unless THAT Tarot reader is a non-Christian who forces their non-Christian beliefs on you. Not everything people choose to do, and choose to believe, is the Devils work. Stop being hypocritical, and focus on your own skeletons before attacking others!
